[opencms-dev] News management module

I am becoming crazy about this, but I can't find and answer yet: How do
I get to the module shown on
http://www.opencms.org/opencms/en/support/tour/6.html (Structured
Content Management)?
I really need news management to get going. I found a module from
Antonio Reyes & Paolo Brustani that's promising, but they still have to
fix severe localization problems within the module. 

Any pointer, clue or hint will be highly appreciated.
