[opencms-dev] New content not updated online

hi all

Greeting to all, this is my first request.

We are running OpenCMS 4.4.6 on a RedHat Linux 7 and Tomcat 4.0.6

We face a problem any time we update content.

We ALWAYS (really ALWAYS) have to restart tomcat so that the new content 
shows up.

This probably has to the with cache... or not.

Does anyone have a solution ?

Note: at this present time, upgrading is not an option, due to 
cross-enterprise restrictions.
