I am trying to add users to OpenCMS so that they will have access to only
some of the folders underneath the system folder (mainly the gallery related
ones).  My thought was that by making the system folder viewable and
readable to everyone and marking the subfolders that will only be accessible
by administrators as internal, the subfolders would be hidden from users
that aren't administrators.  Would this be correct, and if not how could I
go about doing this?
