[opencms-dev] [opencms 5.0.1] utf8

I saw a problem.

When I create a new jsp,
in the template I have iso and in a property (when editing "properties") too

I change in the template iso to utf8 and in the "properties".
Problem ... opencms reencode utf8 written in the editor.

I delete encoding property in properties of file and all is running
