[opencms-dev] how to get a mailnotification after creating a new page or upload a document

Hi all,
 
ist it possible to get a mailnotification after creating a new page or
upload a document into a specific folder, e.g. /release in opencms 5.0.1
or current 5.3.5 version?
thanks in advance for any hints or possible solutions.
