[opencms-dev] 21 XML parsing error

Hello everyone. When I try to edit source code of a HTML page, I get this exception:
 

com.opencms.core.CmsException: 21 XML parsing error. Detailed error: Cannot parse XML file "/system/bodies/portal-web-parlamento/actualidad/presidencia/~comunicadosdeprensa.htm". org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The root element is required in a well-formed document..
 
But, the source is a well formed XML, because I get this error sometimes ... not always ....
 
Anyone have an idea?
