[opencms-dev] Evaluating OpenCMS and bugs..

Actually, I am using Tomcat 4.1.30.
I tried copying the webapps/opencms/WEB-INF/lib/xerces-1_4_4.jar
over commond/endorsed/xercesImpl.jar but that gives errors too.
Do I need to register it in some way?
