[opencms-dev] 5.0.1 - online VFS disappeared

I don't know how this happened - something to do with a copy action that
didn't work properly. The entire online VFS has gone - nothing can be
seen - not even the "root" icon.

 

I've experienced the copy operation failure a few times where the
structure (folders elements) is copied, but none of the other elements
make it.

 

Has anyone else experienced this and do they have a workaround apart
from re-installing the system?
