Perhaps a mysql table has been corrupted (this is usually recoverable).

I don?t know how this happened ? something to do with a copy action that
didn?t work properly. The entire online VFS has gone ? nothing can be seen
- not even the ?root? icon.
I?ve experienced the copy operation failure a few times where the structure
(folders elements) is copied, but none of the other elements make it.
Has anyone else experienced this and do they have a workaround apart from
re-installing the system?
