[opencms-dev] Install opencms as root context

Hello,
Open the WEB-INF/config/opencms.properties file and locate the property
"url_prefix_http" and try to remove the value /${WEB_APP_NAME}
leave only the /opencms part.
After saving the file restart Tomcat.
If not working then undo :)
