[opencms-dev] How can I use UTF-8 encoding?

You need to change:

* Tomcat's encoding (in the OpenCms installation instructions -- 
ISO-8859-1 should be UTF-8)
* Maybe your database's encoding
* The OpenCms encoding as specified in opencms.properties

I think that's all....
