[opencms-dev] setup errors for the CVS version

Hi,
the actual verision compiled from CVS, when installed, in the last step 
of importing the workplace, generates some exceptions  (see log.txt 
attachement). This was working before.

After this process, the "welcome" module (delivered from CVS) is not 
imported corectly. The files associated with the module are not there, 
but in the "module management" the module is still there and cannot be 
deleted.
