[opencms-dev] How to get the text from <cms:include element="body"> for processing

Hello list,
 
This is my first post.
 
I was wondering how I could get the contents from <cms:include
element="body">? I want to do a search and replace over the entire
content through the template .jsp file. Specifically I want to filter
profanity and replace this with ****. I have the search and replace alg
in place, I just need to somehow pull the content that I get from
<cms:include element="body"> for processing so when I view the page I
see the processed text.
