[opencms-dev] UTF-8 & unicode?

sorry for my poor english first :))

my environment is :
tomcat 5.0.24, mysql 4.1.1b , opencms5.0.1 & using
UTF-8
the question is :in the explorer mode, middle frame's
charset is unicode(not UTF-8).it inlucde
tree_files.html and explorer_files.html.
I set "charset=utf-8" directly in
explorer_files.html.jsp; but question is still exist.
I can't find any code in tree_files.html.jsp about
"charset".

who can help me?
