[opencms-dev] Administration module "Check external links"

Hello Lex,

for our project, internal links are more important at the moment, so I 
can't spend time for development on this.
I just liked to know if there was something already implemented in OpenCms.
If not, I'll hide the unusable feature from the administration workplace.
