[opencms-dev] Access Denied (editing files in Tutorial)

I decided to start with a clean slate.  I blew away the previous openCMS 
installation and did a clean install.  The exact same error occurred as 
the one that I mentioned in my previous email.  This time, I captured 
the very first exception that I got.  Here it is:

The next time I hit return, I get the "resource() not found" error.

All subsequent requests result in the "Access Denied" error that I 
detailed in my previous post.
