[opencms-dev] removing opencms/opencms

Hi All,

Have read through all the post on the mailing list but nobody seem to have 
any solutions for removing the opencms prefix for the windows platform. The 
solution only seems to only work for tomcat on apache using mod proxy.
Just wondering whether anyone might have any solution to remove the 
"opencms" prefix without going through apache.
