[opencms-dev] deleting published resource

hi Blair,

First, u need to lock the resource, and then try to delete it from offline
project.
This will delete the resource from offline but if you try to publish it, it
may throw exception
as the resource is already deleted.

Do let me know if you find the solution to publish deleted resource.
