[opencms-dev] rsync and new/deleted files

Hi,

I am attempting to run OpenCms on a 2 node Weblogic cluster by using the nostage deployment type. Nostage means both server nodes in the cluster run the opencms web application from the same directory. This should have the same effect as using rsync, but be simpler.

It works fine for simple html updates. If I update an html page on one cluster node the other node reflects the change automatically.

However, if I add a new html page which should be reflected in a navigation menu created by a jsp in OpenCms the new page is not automatically reflected by the other cluster node.

Can you tell me where the navigation file lists are cached and how to clear the cache? I have tried flushing the element cache and flex cache but to no avail. The only way the second server reflects file additions/deletions on the first server is by publishing on both servers.

Thanks in advance for your help.

regards

Martin
