[opencms-dev] system recovery

Hi

is there any chance to restore an OpenCms Sytem? It was the operating 
system that crashed, not the Cms.
Suppose you have MySQL DB with your existing data (opencms tables inside - 
this part is already running)
and a backup ofTomcat OpenCms file. Is there a chance to get this two 
pieces connected and running again?

I tried to start a new setup with the existing DB, but the workplace 
cannot be created this way.
