Hi

I finaly found a solution !

We edited httpd.conf
In the tag virtual host, is is possible to specify the charset :

<VirtualHost *:80>
...
        AddDefaultCharset UTF-8
</VirtualHost>

Note : I had to delete the cache memory of  Internet Explorer to view 
the page correctly.
