[opencms-dev] error: OpenCms not properly configured!

Hello,

I installed opencms6-alpha1 using the web interface with no errors
(MySQL database creation, tables OK etc) but when accessing the login
page i get the following reported in the logs:

2004-10-04 10:31:17 ApplicationDispatcher[/opencms] Servlet.service()
for servlet OpenCmsServlet threw exception
javax.servlet.ServletException: OpenCms not properly configured!

2004-10-04 10:31:17 ErrorDispatcherValve[localhost]: Exception
Processing ErrorPage[errorCode=404, location=/opencms/handle404]
javax.servlet.ServletException: OpenCms not properly configured!
        at
org.opencms.main.OpenCmsServlet.doGet(OpenCmsServlet.java:96)

My setup is:
Apache Tomcat/4.1.27
JDK 1.4.1_02
Linux 2.4.18-14
Xerces-J 2.6.0
Unpacked WAR file:yes  	 
Default encoding:UTF-8

Any ideas on why this is occurring? Has this particular problem been
encountered before?
