[opencms-dev] About workflow possibilities

Hello,

We want to use the opencms workflow in order to validate our publishing 
process.
The goal is to let the project manager publish a project only if validors 
are ok with this action. Is close to thaht : "We want the  publish button 
appears for a document only if validors are agree with it"

Do I need to modify the core of opencms ? Or can I start the same task to 
multiple users and wait for the completion for all users?
