[opencms-dev] quartz bug

Dear all, dev tean,

Last year we detected a problem with OpenCms v5 when using the
"Scheduled Tasks" in the Administration view. Now that we are using
Quartz in other project, we are experiencing the same problem when
specifying any hour "o'clock". For example, if you set 20:00 or 21:00,
any day, the task will not launch and no noticeable exception is thrown.
