I have a static website (simple - around 5 pages). I would like it if my clients could edit the home page (and other pages) to add or remove images and text from specific areas. My directory structure is:

root: htmls
    images: included images
    css: styles
JavaScript: .js files needed by the app

What is the quickest way to take this website, add elements / tags to it that allow my clients to use the workplace to insert/remove images and text, and place it into OpenCMS?

Is there a step by step tutorial for taking an existing simple site, converting it to OpenCMS format, and placing it into OpenCMS?

Note - I am comfortable with java server side development
