[opencms-dev] change content-encoding property

Hi,

When I create a new JSP, a property content-encoding is set to 
ISO-8859-1 by default. My web site uses the UTF-8 charset. Of course I 
can change the property each new file to UTF-8. But for the future 
maintenance, it would be better to avoid this operation.

How to set the property to UTF-8 by default ?
