Yes. In addition, you can probably override the Struts Controller class to
accomodate OpenCMS more cleanly, but I haven't tried that yet.

I haven't used titles with Opencms.  Just Struts directly.  

did you include the struts servlet in your action forward

/opencms/opencms/test.jsp
^ servlet     ^ in vfs    ^ file in vfs
