In the example, the elements where created manually for list_content.html.

In general, the available elements will be defined by the template. This was
already asked a few days ago, search the archives for "template-elements".

Note that in the demo, the page list_content.html does not itself really use
a template, since it supplys only "additional" text elements. We frequently
use this for supplying additional content. Once you have defined an element
in the controlcode, you are able to edit it in the WYSIWYG editor. All
elements of the page that are NOT part of the template are marked with a
stat "*" in the elements selection.

Best Regards,
Alex.

Subject: [opencms-dev] templateone page elements question

In /xmlcontent/list_content.html, there are 3 elements: header, footer, and
body. What defines which elements are available for a page? For example, if
I create a new page using the same Empty template, it only has 2 elements:
body and text1. Is it necessary to manually edit the controlcode in order to
create new elements or is there a way to do this in the editor?
