[opencms-dev] Urgent Opencms hangs Oracle 9IAS 9.0.3

Hi farnaz,
As you probably know, oc4j can be configured behind OHS or as standalone
(using its internal Http server).
To isolate the problem (and simplify system architecture), I suggest you to
enable OC4J http server and access opencms directly from this, instead of
passing from proxy and webcache.
To do that, follow my instructions:
1) in server.xml (oc4j/j2ee/home/config), add the following line:
<web-site path="./http-web-site.xml"/>
after
<global-web-app-config path="global-web-application.xml"/>
2) In oc4j/j2ee/home/config dir, create a new file named http-web-site.xml
(if it does not exists)
as follow:
<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
<!DOCTYPE web-site PUBLIC "Oracle9iAS XML Web-
site" "http://xmlns.oracle.com/ias/dtds/web-site-9_04.dtd">
<web-site port="[a_free_port]" display-name="Oracle9iAS Containers for J2EE
HTTP Web Site">
<web-app application="default" name="[your_app_name]" root="/
[opencms_path]"/>
<!-- Access Log, where requests are logged to -->
<access-log path="../log/http-web-access.log"/>
</web-site>
3) restart oc4j
Now opencms should be accessible directly from OC4J embedded web server.
Now try to navigate opencms and let me know if you see the same problem as
using the complete architecture.
P.S. If OC4J is not accessible directly, but only from a proxy pass,
configure your webserver to proxy ALL requests to OC4J directly, and not to
webcache at all.
If your frontend is apache, your proxy pass config should appear as follow:
ProxyVia On
ProxyPass /[opencms_path] http://[oc4j_address]:[oc4j_port]/[opencms_path]
ProxyPassReverse /[opencms_path] http://[oc4j_address]:[oc4j_port]/
[opencms_path]
Let me know your results,
best regards, Dariush.

logged in different clients with the same user.Although both clients were in
same network, but in one, it hangs and other worked well.
