Yep, you are right.

The idea behind this is to share the documentation effort, and build nice
doc resorces.

I've been using the forum (www.opencms-forum.de) and i feel this community
prefers the mailing list, my posts get an answer faster here.

In the forum, there are great tips / howtos sections, but it whould be great
to have PDF exports, an index, and work on the document itself, not in a
thread posting/adding comments.

I was wondering if this is the best approach, but we should follow one and
make it better.
