[opencms-dev] What is best way to migrate opencms

Dear all
    I have some question to ask you for help. I have developed website 
at oneplace and then i have to install
the website at other place. I use database management in administration 
to export web and use module management to export modules.
    - After install OPENCMS at client site and imported moudules i 
import website by database management. i got some error about not found 
user or usergroup (i create some users and groups).
  
I have tryed some other solution like
1. Export database of OPENCMS and import it at client site by oracle 
import tool. (i tryed but i got some error resource not found)
2. I have Export database of OPENCMS and import at client site only 
table "cms_users" and "cms_groups" and import module and websit by 
opencms's tool.

- My question, what is the best way to migrate websites of your?
- Can i export all opencms database by orcle and import by oracle after 
install opencms and i work propery?
   (i think i could....)
