[opencms-dev] SQL-Error while publishing

Hi!

We got one OpenCms site where publishing seems to work without failure but
effectively not all of the content is published an error shows up in
OpenCms log:

root cause was java.sql.SQLException: Can not issue data manipulation
statements with executeQuery()

It seems like all directories got published but many files were not.

OpenCms is 5.0.1 on Mysql 4

any ideas someone?
