1. Try to get the encoding of the served page.
   In Firefox Select _V_iew
                  -> _C_haracter Encoding
                  -> Unicode
                  -> Western
               or -> Unicode
               or ...

2. Use a filter to send the correct "Content-Type" header to the client,
   when you find the right encoding, for the exported files.
