Alex,

  I mean creation of a module to translate Workplace. After some tips from
Dmitry and some research, I've found the exact steps to do that.

  A good sample could be found in the following link:

In this page, just follow the link bellow to download a sample module of
Workplace translation:

What do you mean with "loacle process":
 
1. how to translate the OpenCms Workplace locales?
2. how does a locale get selected when a multilingual page is requested?
