[opencms-dev] Help with OpenCms with SQL Server Install! (Opencms 5.0)

Hi Steve,

I have installed OpenCMS 5.0.1 of MS SQL Server. I had to modify some 
code and properties files. If you want I can send you the working WAR 
file. In installs without problem. The only thing you may need to do is 
to create additional indexes on the tables after you get some 
statistics. Other then that is works fine for me.
