[opencms-dev] Security/Toolbar Question

It would be under something like internet settings, protecting personal
information (I don't have an english version at hand, not even an IE as
I'm using my Mac at this point in time :-) I seem to recall they do
something similar to Firefox when you hit a page with a pop-up, ie. let
you enable popups per site.
