Hi Mickael,

Hi, Marc
   what do you mean with a basic example?
   if you want to build a manifest.xml by your own, take as template one of
the distribution's module.
Ok, but if I use the template one as example, I have to change the uuid
ressource for each entry. I think this id is unique...
   if you want to do it in the "right way", go to the admin view in OpenCms
"module management"-> "new module", follow the wizard, add resources to you
new module and then "module management"-> "your module" -> "export"

I create y own module. By export it I found the manifest.xml
Exemple:

 <file>

<destination>system/modules/org.opencms.frontend.templateone.event/default_b
odies</destination>
 <type>folder</type>
 <datelastmodified>Thu, 24 Feb 2005 14:51:00 CET</datelastmodified>
 <userlastmodified>Admin</userlastmodified>
 <datecreated>Thu, 24 Feb 2005 14:51:00 CET</datecreated>
 <usercreated>Admin</usercreated>
<flags>0</flags>
<properties/>
<accesscontrol/>
</file>

I see the destination path but not the source. Can I add the source path an
the others?

Regards.

MARC

you should better create your own module with OpenCms and let OpenCms
generate the manifest.xml.
but you can still do it by your own, just omitt those nodes.

Hello,

I try to create my own module. In the manifest.xml, for each entry, there is
a specific <uuidresource>

How generate it? there is a nomenclature?

Thank you,

Regards

MARC
