[opencms-dev] OCMS 6.0b1 Max open cursors issue on Oracle

Hello,
 
I am testing opencms 6.0beta1 with a target installation on Oracle 8.1.6
with Oracle jdbc driver 9.0.14 (latest one supporting Oracle 8.1.6).
Platform: Tomcat 5.5.7, JDK 1.4.2_06
 
I've removed the 3 WAIT 10 in FOR UPDATE queries in queries.properties to
make the SQL compatible with Oracle 8
 
Set-up runs fine until the workspace import (Step 8) starts where ORA-1000
(max open cursors) are generated after some time. 
Any idea where I should look for statements that might not be closing
(probably in a loop). 
Issue is the same as discussed in mail-archive of August 9 2004 'Oracle -
Open Cursors issue'
 
Increasing the number of allowed OPEN_CURSORS is not the answer I am looking
for  :-)
