[opencms-dev] Core build & development

Hi guys, 
we are trying to project some new core functionalities for OpenCMS
(multimedia capabilities, video, ecc).

We 've read at (http://www.opencms.org/opencms/en/development/core.html)
that there is an Ant target (setup) that give as the possibilities 
of update DB content (such as templates) but we're not able to find this target in
the build.xml (opencms_src_5.0.1.zip).
Can you give some help?.
There is an other way to get  a kind of "develop" configuration (we' are using Eclipse) ?
