Hello Andrew,

Does the browser completely crash, or you just don't receive any more
updates in the Publish project window?

You may have the same problem I'm having. I did a server and database
restart, and was able to publish my project afterwards.

Hope this helps

Al

Subject: [opencms-dev] Browser Lockup

Hi there,

A couple of months ago, we began experiencing problems with our browser
locking up when publishing a project or files. We had previously used
OpenCMS without these browser lockup problems.

Has anyone else experienced these problems? They seem to occur in IE
and Mozilla-based browsers, although the Mozilla browsers seem to crash
much more often.

We have not done any recent browser upgrades, although we are suspecting
that a Windows service pack may be involved.

Many thanks,
Andrew Kerr
