[opencms-dev] Permissions and Publishing

Regarding permissions, the greyed out area is only displaying the 
permission that have been inheirited, not actually set on the 
file/resource.  You would need to add a user or group, and then you can 
override the permissions for that resource and click the cool check boxes.
