[opencms-dev] Suggestion: registry for resource type and launcher ids

Hi,

i want to suggest a central registry for resource type ids and also for
launcher ids. Especially with the new XmlContent resource types, there will
be many modules that bring their own new resource types with them. To avoid
the case that two modules will have resource types with the same id, it
would be good to have a registry at opencms.org where you can request an
official unique id for your module. Of course if needed, for developers it
would be necessary to provide some information about the module's purpose,
company name and so on.
Although there don't seem to be many additional launchers out there, i also
would suggest it therefor.
