I got exactly the same error this morning when trying to export the DB
of a 6.0 alpha 2 installation. I didn't have time to dig into this yet
but I guess the problem might be that some of the to-be-exported files
were created by a user account that doesn't exist anymore. The export
worked fine before that account was deleted. I'll try to verify this and
file a bug report if I'm right.

Module export works fine, however, if you do it via Administration ->
Module management.
