[opencms-dev] Does this work with Oracle or NOT? OMG it WORKS!!!!

This was the last thing that was not in place. Placed the dom4j there and it works great now... I'll have to publish a best practice or lessons learned how-to for anyone as dense as me that comes after...
Thanks Tristan and the rest that have been helping me past this debocle.

Put it there, restart the instance and restart the wizard.
