[opencms-dev] how can i do db -> xml schema mapping

Hi ! 
i am new to OpenCMS , i have created few JSPs using templateone and my requirements is fetch from the database to JSP , can anybody helps me reg this, i need an approach to db -> xml ->JSP ( i know xml-> jsp with cms frame work but db-> xml i am not getting ) pls help me..
