[opencms-dev] Scriptlet VS Taglibs

Hi,
OpenCms documentation says that JSP scriptlet code in
OpenCms provides the same functionality offered by the OpenCms
JSP taglib.

However, I did not find the way to access to the elements of
a nested xmlcontent by scriptlet, and I don't know either how
to select an xml-element in a given locale with taglibs(I checked
opencms.tld and did not find locale attribute for any tag)

Can anyone tell me if I am wrong? how can I access nested
xmlcontent with scriptlet?
