Thanks for your hint. I am in fact a beginner ;)

You'are absolutely right about "static" content in the export directory, 
I have already recognized the problem. By chance i found a howto on the 
Synx-Forum; It describes a way of using both methods: A first request 
for "static" content is routed to opencms by ProxyPass, all later 
requests for the same resource are served by Apache itself.

My original intention was to be able to include php-directories.
