I have installed b3 and have created a web user through code to see if it came 
up on the user management module, i guess is not there yet...  It's good to 
know you are adding this for 6.0 release, that way i won't duplicate effort 
here... i imagine it will be in for the RC right?

An interesting point here is that there will have to be a way to filter out 
web-users, i can imagine the numbers getting really big... the project i'll 
be working is expecting around 100k (will start with potential 800k, but will 
not be considered as users until they sign up)...
