[opencms-dev] automatic set target="_blank" for external links

hello,

is there a way to set the attribute target="_blank" automatic for 
external links? Users often forget to set this correct.

If  someone paste text in xml-contentdocuments wich has links e.g. 
'www.heise.de' the msdhtml editor automatic makes <a> tags unfortunatly 
without the target attribute. Here the users don't have a dialog to 
modify links. (except over control-code)
