I have reported a bug about something similar, try to see if it has
something to
do with your problem.

In my case the problem was that when you logged in workplace, and with the
same browser
(in another window) you open any page of the site, you are actually
previewing it from
the workplace. And if you are in the site "/", it does not work(I got a
very similar error message)

You would only have to change the site at the workplace, either open
another browser(i.e,
Firefox for workplace, IE for test the site) to make it work.
